Herat, Badghis, Faryab, Farah, Kandahar, Zabul and Paktika Provinces the amount of rainfall is between      (10 up to 25) mm  and amount of snowfall (10 up to 20) in different area.

In the Western Provinces including Salang’s possibility of Relatively Strong Wind the amount of Wind speed will be between (50 up to 70) Km/h in different eara.
